With a decade of experience as a fitness instructor and community leader, Kelsey brings a blend of expert sequencing, engaging cueing, and warm, supportive energy to every class. She believes that movement is a powerful way to connect with both ourselves and our community. Expect dynamic playlists that span a full spectrum of vibes—guaranteed to energize and inspire you.

Talia's journey into the world of fitness began in 2017 when she completed yoga teacher training and started teaching as a way to connect with the New Orleans community and manage some of the stress from her "day job" of working in public education. She fell in love with the way fitness classes made her feel strong and empowered; Talia is dedicated to bringing these same uplifting vibes to each of her classes, ensuring you leave feeling proud, accomplished, and with a smile on your face. She truly believes Body Shoppe is a place for everyone and aims to make class approachable and fun. When she's not in the studio, you can find Talia outside at one of New Orleans' many parks, with her dog Jack, or trying out a new restaurant.

With Cindy's background in Division 1 soccer and her power yoga background, she infuses every class with boundless energy and joy! She's all about fitness as medicine for the mind, body, and soul. In her classes, she pushes you to your edge, but stays right alongside you through the burn. Get ready for high vibes, loads of love, and endless smiles in her classes. From the latest pop hits from T. Swift, to old school hip hop, her playlists will keep you moving and grooving!

Ashley is a trauma-informed fitness instructor with a background in power yoga + yoga nidra. She keeps her class grounded by syncing slower movements with deep integration and breath. She’s passionate about making fitness accessible to every body + being a secret DJ 😉. Her flex + flow music is heavily influenced by R+B, bossa nova, light electric + funk mixes and her HIITis influenced by hip hop anywhere from 90s-now!

A party girl and yogi from the start, Johanna fills her class not only with electric energy, but also all the best electronic and club hits. Her early morning classes will amp you up, get you ready to rock your body and feel euphoric while doing so! Always blasting the best high energy hiits (lol) to keep you motivated not only in class, but for the rest of your day! There’s never a dull moment in Johanna’s classes with her incredibly structured workouts and zany energy!

Julie’s passion for fitness began in high school with cross country running, where she first experienced a sense of strength. In college, she became captivated by hot yoga and the sense of empowerment she gained after each class. This experience ignited her passion for using physical exercise to build mental resilience and explore diverse ways to move. Julie is committed to intentional movement and helps her students stay true to their fitness commitments. Expect a high-energy class where you’ll break a sweat, enjoy a smile, and groove to a mix of funky tunes and the latest hits.

Allison’s high energy classes are a reflection of her years of dance and background in yoga instruction. She believes movement is the ultimate cure and loves holding space for everyone to show up as they are and move together. Expect an emphasis on breath, using your mental and physical strength in unison, and all the hype beat drops as we move and flow together!

Welcome to class with Matty, his love for performance and background in personal wholistic and high intensity training fuels each of his classes with major bops and love. Matty is a true believer in movement as the route to full recovery of the body, mind and soul & he's right there rooting you on through the blaze and sweat of class! Prep yourself to release your wiggle, a chance to love your body, and a lotta jams. If you've ever wondered how EDM, R&B, Alternative, Pop & Hip-hop can flow together seamlessly, all of his playlist will teleport you to the universe of the groove.

From being a cheerleader in her high school years to becoming an NBA dancer for the New Orleans Pelicans, Linda’s energetic and bubbly personality is what makes her classes fun and exciting for everyone. Her music taste is a bit of everything from dance pop, indie/alternative vibes, to emo/ dad rock! She encourages a challenge and drives you out of your comfort zone. Linda’s classes are a time to let go and feel the music!
